We work with firms, groups and individuals to develop and implement branding, marketing, digital/social media and business development planning and execution. We also conduct marketing/BD department audits and needs assessments, serve as outsourced or interim CMO and conduct CMO search and placement.

We have extensive experience in conducting and analyzing market and client research to better understand your clients’ needs, including client satisfaction programs, in-person and video/telephone client interviews, electronic client satisfaction surveys and business/competitive intelligence to help you to better engage with clients and create deeper and more meaningful client relationships.
Professional Development
Our goal is to strengthen your team from within by creating dynamic group and individual training and coaching programs. We work with firm leadership, department/practice/industry team leaders, partners, associates, firm executives to improve effectiveness in leadership, management, marketing, business development and client relations. We lead firm, executive and team retreats, conduct stress management and mindfulness training programs and have two decades of professional speaking experience at public and private conferences and programs.
